Kindred Blood

Family, fragile strings of the heart they tug,
Glass shards, their words pierce and wound deep.
Emotions collide, heat began to rise,
Upon the page, my bleeding soul seeks peace

Elders in our fold that speaks of past tales,
Our shared history, a labyrinth of joys and pains.
In the chaos, deviants intertwined, stories unfold,
Love and longing bounded in chains of relentless yearning

Imperfect, family’s blood bond persists
Fractured fragments, beauty beneath the surface.
Scars unseen, love’s complexities deceive,
In flaws and fractures, our bond find purpose.

Whispered winds of change, secrets they impart,
Soul’s metamorphosis, truth and redemption plea.
Through trails endured, resilience finds its start,
Tangled connections embraced, bittersweet and free.

In the depths of my soul, fragments hold tight,
Ache of family, a melody, haunting and pure.
Within life’s grand odyssey, we navigate with might
Love, loss, and belonging, beautifully.
